Good Morning! Today’s devotional meditation is taken from Colossians 4:5, which says,
“Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity.” (NASB).
As we all know, we live in a tickled world. We are around people who have all kinds of ways and ideas that we don’t see eye to eye with. Since that is the case, we have to be the contrast to that which is diametrically opposed to the ways of truth. People are watching us, and we must conduct our lives in such a way that gives us the opportunity to properly evaluate all circumstances according to God’s standard of truth and make the godly decisions that will be a principle that counters the error of the world’s way of thinking. If we live wisely, those who hold to the ways of the world, will see the power of God at work in us.
We must be aware that believers can live foolishly. We must make the most of every occasion to live wisely so that we will not be looked upon as hypocrite; in order for our words to have an impact on those who are unbelievers.
May God’s grace and peace overshadow you.
