Today’s devotional meditation is taken from Psalm 24:1-2, which says,

“The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. (2) For He hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.”

We are blessed to live on an amazingly beautiful earth; although cursed, it is still beautiful. The LORD is the Creator and sustainer of His masterpiece. He created this world for us to enjoy, not worship.

We are to praise and worship Him for all of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets we witness. We are to praise and thank Him when He waters the earth with rain for vegetation to grow that we might have food to eat. We are to thank and praise Him for the oceans and rivers, the trees and the meadows. We are to thank and praise Him for the mountains, rolling hills, plains and flatlands He has formed. We are to praise and thank Him for the blue skies and the moon and the stars we are able to see. All I am saying is worship our Creator and appreciate what He has so graciously given to us to enjoy.

Have a blessed and wonderful day.
