Today’s devotional meditation is taken from Exodus 14:1-2, which says,
“An the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, (2) Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea over against Baal-zephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.“
Every believer will have Red Sea experiences in their life. It is interesting to note that God delivered the Children out of Egypt, and took them to the Red Sea. He then told Moses that He was going to harden Pharaoh’s heart so that the Egyptians would pursue them.
The Children of Israel were terrified, and appeared to be out of options. However, the LORD wanted them to know that obstacles presented no challenge for Him to overcome, and that He was their only option. God knew where He put the Red Sea, and He knew that He could do above and beyond what they could imagine or think.
We must understand that our God knows where the obstacles are on our journey through life, and that He is able to do for us just as He did for His people at the Red Sea.
Trust Him, no matter How big the obstacle.
