….19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. Selah 20 Our God is a God of salvation, and to GOD, the Lord, belong deliverances from death….

Good Morning! Your devotional meditation for today is from Psalm 68. It is an amazing thing to look back at God’s exceptional protective care of His People. The times in which we live are violently wicked, and it is a mind blowing thing to think how day in and day out, the Lord sets His loving, gracious care of us. Many times we tend to take for granted His preserving power as we travel through the dangerous and menacing society we live in. We never know from one day to the next when we leave our homes what can happen. However, it is so comforting to know that our God is more than able to put His arms around us and guide us safely through the lurking uncertainty is ever present around us. If the enemy had his way, he would pounce on us at once, but God says back off! Hallelujah!

I am asking you to join me in expressing our intense gratitude to our Heavenly Father for His abundant constant love and care for us as we travel through this road of life. Verse 19 sums things up in a profound way, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up’ God is our salvation.” Let this day be a day of expressing your gratitude to God Almighty, just because!
